If you received an email changing your order status to Completed and you cannot find another email with your order details, check your spam and junk folder first. If you still do not find your order then please contact us and make sure to include your order number.

All accounts that do not say OFFLINE in the title are private accounts. You are the sole owner of these accounts and no one else will have access to them. You are free to change all data including email and password.

They are shared Steam accounts that are guaranteed to work offline. You are given a Steam username and password and this will allow you to download the game from Steam to play it on your computer.

If you have paid and your order says Processing this means that the payment has gone through and now you only have to wait until we deliver it to your email.

Most of our products are delivered manually so it takes us 1-24 hours to send them to you. During weekends and holidays your order may take longer than usual.
